Every day you teach the 10 most simple way to use essential oils
  1. Cleaning towels, Rudan, when the clothes, you can taste a few drops of your favorite essential oil on the cloth, into the washing machine and dry (or drying). You can also drop in 5 drops of essential oil with 1/4 cup soft fine, washed into the washing machine water together.
  2. If the air smell mixed with savor, you can drop a few drops of essential oils, aromatic odor can be restored.
  3. Drop in the number of bottles or nebulizer oil, to reconcile water, can be used as an air.
  4. If food stew on the stove, you can drop a few drops of essential oil to the pan, add flavor.
  5. Put one or two drops of essential oil into the cozy heat of the candles, the aroma can be made into candles.
  6. Put some drops of your favorite essential oil in the cooking pan, you can eliminate the kitchen cooking smoke flavor.
  7. If muscle fatigue or pain, inflammation of the joints, can reconcile soothing oil compound (Deep Blue), fractionated coconut oil (Fractionated Coconut Oil) 1 to 4 ratio, used as a massage oil.
  8. The essential oils of rosemary (Rosemary) or lavender (Lavender) applied in the neck or back, to ease headaches.
  9. In your own massage oil, add 3-5 drops of your favorite essential oil to reconcile one ounce fractionated coconut oil (Fractionated Coconut oil).
  10. To 10 drops of essential oil and cornstarch or baking soda, sufficient blending, place day or two. You can sprinkle on the carpet at home, after more than an hour, and then a vacuum cleaner.

    也可以滴 5 滴精油搭配在 1/4 杯柔軟精中,倒入洗衣機水中一起洗滌。
  2. 若是空氣中有氣味混合,有雜味,可以滴幾滴精油,就可以恢復芳香的氣味。
  3. 在噴霧器或水瓶內滴一些精油,調和水,可以當作空氣清化器使用。
  4. 如果在火爐上燉煮食物,可以滴幾滴精油到鍋內,增加風味。
  5. 把一至二滴精油放進熱融融化的蠟燭中,可以製造成芳香氣味的蠟燭。
  6. 把一些你喜愛的精油滴在烹煮的平底鍋中,可以消除廚房的烹煮油煙味。
  7. 如果肌肉疲勞或者關節發炎疼痛,可以調和舒緩複方精油 (Deep Blue) 、分餾椰子油(Fractionated Coconut Oil) 的1比4比例,作為按摩油使用。
  8. 把迷迭香精油(Rosemary) 或者薰衣草精油(Lavender) 塗抹在脖子或背上,以緩和頭痛。
  9. 可以在你自己的按摩油中,加入 3-5 滴你最喜愛的精油調和 1 盎司分餾椰子油(Fractionated Coconut oil)。
  10. 把 10 滴精油與玉米澱粉或者小蘇打,充份調合,放置一至兩天。可以灑在家中地毯上,過一小時多,再用 吸塵器吸淨。 ​

    I would like to talk about why I will fall in love with essential oil, because I have a lot of different experiences from my past and it effect with my body and mind. So I had to take a lot of Western / Chinese medicine, when i realise no matter Western / Chinese medicine I'm taking it's more and more, I began to know I had to find more natural way to make myself to reduce medicine / drug situation.
